Lead Brand Designer

Position: Lead Brand Designer at Clio
Elevate brand strategy and design as a Lead Brand Designer pe the visual direction and mentor teams while executing complex multi-channel projects in a hybrid work model.

We're seeking a Senior Brand Designer ready to influence and innovate within our Creative team. This role fuses strategic leadership with creative execution, where you'll set the visual tone for brand campaigns. Your expertise will drive Clio’s visual identity and mentor design talent through impactful feedback and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and direct visual architecture for multi-channel brand campaigns

• Own and steer complex project life cycles from ideation to delivery

• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of high standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to craft creative strategies

• Architect scalable design systems that support brand integrity

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of brand design experience in diverse environments

• Proven ability to lead creative decisions and defend them

• Experience with motion design and system thinking

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI tools

• Strong presentation skills with marketing leadership
