Burnaby Dermatology Consultant Position

Fraser Health Authority is hiring a consulting Dermatologist to enhance the Dermatology team in Burnaby, focusing primarily on outpatient services and community patient care.

As a consulting Dermatologist, you will play a critical role in serving the Burnaby community of over 230,000 residents. Your responsibilities include providing specialized outpatient services, along with consulting for inpatient care. Additionally, you will obtain a Clinical Faculty appointment at the University of British Columbia and provide educational support to Medical Trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate outpatient Dermatology care for community patients

• Offer consultation services to inpatients as needed

• Educate and supervise Medical Trainees in a clinical setting

• Collaborate with 3 other Dermatologists in a cohesive practice

• Engage in community health development initiatives

Requirements:

• Must hold full FRCPC certification in Dermatology

• Eligibility for licensure in British Columbia
