As a Hospitalist, you will assume responsibility for admitted patients, ensuring they receive tailored medical care.
Your role will also include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of healthcare. We value candidates who are willing to learn and engage in quality improvement efforts. While prior experience is beneficial, it's not a prerequisite. Equal sharing of ER, weekend, and night shifts is essential for this full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage admissions and ongoing patient care
• Work alongside medical and allied health professionals
• Take part in administrative and committee activities
• Provide comprehensive support during emergency and inpatient shifts
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and quality initiatives
Requirements:
• CCFP and full CPSBC licensure mandatory
• ACLS certification suggested
• Experience in hospitalist practices preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to handle shift requirements
