Position: Full-Time Hospitalist Hospital
Provide high-quality care as a full-time Hospitalist at Burnaby Hospital with Fraser Health. This role includes managing unattached patients, surgical support, and collaborative inter-professional care.

Fraser Health is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist for Burnaby Hospital. As the Most Responsible Physician, you will manage both medical and psychiatric patients while also supporting surgical needs. The established program emphasizes teamwork, ensuring all staff work collaboratively to enhance patient care. Key qualities include strong clinical and communication skills, collegiality, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee admission and management of unattached patients

• Provide supportive care for medical and surgical patients

• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare staff

• Participate in committee and administrative duties

• Maintain continuity of care, including night and weekend shifts

Requirements:

• CCFP certification required

• Full CPSBC licensure needed

• ACLS certification suggested

• Experience in hospitalist work preferred

• Interest in quality improvement and leadership
