Location: New Westminster
Lead the Urgent Care and Response Centre at Fraser Health, focusing on clinical leadership, quality assurance, and service integration. Drive high standards of care and ensure sustainability in New Westminster.
As the Medical Lead, you will report to the Regional Department Head and work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
Your role emphasizes promoting clinical excellence and developing shared goals among physician members at UCRC North. You will also be involved in resource allocation, quality management, and the professional development of medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote high-quality clinical standards at UCRC North
• Develop common clinical goals for physicians
• Facilitate quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
• Ensure resource needs are met through recruitment
• Collaborate on practice guidelines and innovations
Requirements:
• Current CPSBC licensure and CMPA coverage
• RCPSC certification in Psychiatry
• Active member of Fraser Health Authority's mental health program
• Experience in clinical leadership roles
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
