Compensation: $30 – $33/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9-5) Flexible

• Deliver engaging and hands‑on instruction based on the approved curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments
• Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and support academic development
• Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and course updates
• Collaborate with faculty on curriculum improvements and attend staff meetings
• Stay current with trends and standards in dental practice and adult education
• Uphold academic policies, compliance standards, and institutional values

• Certified/Registered Dental Professional (MDA & NDAEB certified)
• Diploma, degree, or recognized credential in a related dental field
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in general dental practice
• Prior instructional or mentoring experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and classroom facilitation skills
• Passion for education, student success, and continuous improvement
