Tutor Doctor is seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Tutor to join our team in Victoria
. As an Academic Tutor, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their academic goals and unlock their full potential.
- Provide one-on-one academic support to students in various subjects, including but not limited to Math, Science, English, and Social Studies.
- Create personalized lesson plans and learning strategies tailored to each student's unique needs and learning style.
- Assist students with homework, assignments, and test preparation.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and the Tutor Doctor team.
- Motivate and inspire students to develop a love for learning and achieve academic success.

Requirements- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the subjects being tutored.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to adapt teaching methods to suit individual students.
- Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes in Burnaby.
