Shape the future of Indigenous learners as a Trades Skills for Success Instructor s role focuses on curriculum development and hands-on teaching within a supportive environment.

Reporting to the Director of Indigenous Skills 4 Success, your mission is to develop and deliver effective Skills for Success-based learning materials. You'll provide classroom instruction tailored to engage diverse learners and collaborate with employers to ensure alignment with workforce requirements. By analyzing and documenting student progress, you will directly impact their educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging curriculum for trades skills

• Provide personalized instruction and group learning

• Align objectives with employer expectations

• Assess user performance and provide feedback

• Document student progress and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Proven trades sector expertise with hands-on experience

• Skills for Success certification with two years of delivery

• Familiarity with Indigenous education methodologies

• Strong background in Trades Math concepts

• High integrity with excellent communication skills
