About the RoleThe Coordinator Advancement and Alumni Engagement provides program implementation and coordination support to the advancement and alumni program at the Advancement and Alumni Engagement (AAE) department. The Coordinator participates in on-going fundraising planning, communications and stewardship, alumni events and programming and supports the development and implementation of new unit initiatives that advance the priorities of the Advancement and Alumni Engagement's strategic plans at AAE.

QualificationsBachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration in a relevant discipline and two years of related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Effective computer skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work with information and records systems and access improvements when needed.
- Ability to interact effectively and positively with staff, managers and donors and administrators.
