Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct educational program evaluations and revisions
• Implement mentorship for new nursing staff
• Develop supportive interprofessional learning environments
• Foster stakeholder collaborations for enhanced educational initiatives
• Participate in program quality improvements and research
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in British Columbia
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical and education experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to create effective learning environments
• Valid BC Driver's License for business purposes
