Job Summary

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages. Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors will deliver quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications
  • Starting Wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr
  • Employment Type:

    Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
  • Shift Type:
    Part Time hours available;
    For Full-Time Instructors, a 40‑hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.
  • Minimum Age: 16 years of age or older
  • Housing Availability:
    No
Job Responsibilities
  • Teach group and private lessons
  • Work with guests of all ages and abilities
  • Deliver world class guest service to all guests
  • Create a safe and fun learning environment
  • Support all ski school needs including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and encourages lifelong skiers and riders
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above
  • Fluently communicate in English
  • Willingness to work with guests of all ages and comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Willingness to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements
  • Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
  • Understanding that pay is based on a variety of factors and falls within the stated range
