Engage with students as a part-time English and Math Tutor at Oxford Learning Kerrisdale in Vancouver, BC. This in-person role emphasizes personalized education and skill development.
Oxford Learning Kerrisdale is inviting applications for part-time teacher-tutors. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification, or are university students with strong tutoring experience. You will work 2–4 afternoons each week and possibly Saturday mornings, teaching multiple students simultaneously while adhering to Oxford Learning's methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to three students in various subjects simultaneously

• Provide instruction both in-person and online

• Follow prescribed teaching methodologies and philosophies

• Complete daily communication updates for each student

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tutoring experience

• Familiar with K-12 curriculum

• Some teaching experience at K-12 level

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Availability for evening and Saturday shifts
