This hairdressing position is perfect for enthusiastic educators with a Red Seal qualification and a strong background in the Hairdressing Industry, boasting at least five years of recent experience. You will engage with a diverse student population and help develop their practical skills in a supportive setting. The position is temporary from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, providing an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach theory and practical hairdressing skills
• Regularly assess students and offer constructive feedback
• Collaborate on curriculum design and evaluation

Requirements:
• Red Seal qualification or membership in the Cosmetology Industry Association
• Eligible for a BC professional teaching certificate
• 5 years recent experience in the Hairdressing field
• Certificate of Qualifications in Hairdressing
