Part-Time Instructor in Interior Design

At BCIT, we are currently seeking temporary, part-time instructors to deliver flexible online courses in Interior Design. Ideal candidates possess a relevant degree and at least five years of experience in residential or commercial design. This role allows you to foster an engaging atmosphere while continuously improving course materials and supporting students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct and assist students in various learning settings

• Develop and enhance course outlines and curricula

• Maintain academic records and submit attendance data

• Organize and prepare course materials for instruction

• Create a positive and creative learning environment

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or related field

• Minimum five years’ experience in design

• NCIDQ Certificate or willingness to attain

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design tools

• Prior teaching experience is preferred
