Become a vital part of Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia as an Academic Assessment Administrator in Burnaby. This position requires expertise in evaluating academic qualifications and guiding applicants through credentialing processes.
In this role, you will administer the academic review process, advising candidates while supporting the Geoscience Credentials Assessment Panel. You will also train and support the Registration Coordinator and enhance the workflow of the academic assessment team. With experience in project management and policy analysis, you'll contribute to the development of efficient credentialing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess engineering and geoscience academic qualifications
• Communicate academic policies to applicants
• Develop documentation for staff training
• Collaborate on updates with Engineers Canada
• Manage review status and assist with volunteer training
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in credentialing
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Background in career advising or education
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
