Drive student success as the Admissions Specialist at CDI College, a leader in Canadian education. Engage with prospective students and support them in their transition to academic programs, all within a hybrid work model.

As an Admissions Specialist at CDI College, you'll spearhead student outreach and consultations from multiple BC campuses. With 2+ years in a high-volume sales environment, you will harness your consultative skills to match students with the right programs. Your responsibilities include high-touch outreach, managing student journeys, and exceeding enrollment targets every month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in 80-150 outbound touchpoints daily

• Conduct one-on-one discovery sessions with prospective students

• Act as brand ambassador at career fairs and open houses

• Manage student documentation from inquiry to enrollment

• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment KPIs

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a B2C sales or recruitment role

• Confident phone presence with rapport-building skills

• Resilient and competitive mindset toward targets

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, performance-focused

• Experience in education sales is a bonus
