St. Francis de Sales Catholic Elementary School is hiring a part-time French Language Teacher for the academic year. Guide students from Kindergarten to Grade 7 through tailored language instruction.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and committed to the principles of Catholic education. This part-time (0.6) position involves adapting lessons to diverse learning styles and collaborating with classroom teachers and staff.
Your role will also extend to participating in extracurricular programs to enhance student learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students from Kindergarten through Grade 7
• Customize lessons to accommodate diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with staff for effective curriculum delivery
• Engage in and support extracurricular activities
Requirements:
• Fluency in French.
• Strong commitment to Catholic faith
• Knowledge of BC curriculum and its interactive applications
• Experience in a collaborative educational environment
• Possession of a BC Teaching Certificate or equivalent
