In this sessional position, you will deliver part-time or full-time instruction, adapting teaching methods to diverse learning needs. Your primary focus will be on effectively correlating theoretical knowledge with practical application in massage therapy. It’s essential to maintain educational cohesion while managing student responsibilities in clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day planning and coordination of student activities

• Provide direct supervision, instruction, and evaluation for students

• Integrate classroom knowledge with clinical practice seamlessly

• Maintain patient-care standards while educating students

• Engage in professional development activities annually

Requirements:

• Registered Massage Therapist with valid credentials

• At least 2 years of full-time clinical practice experience

• Previous experience in educational or administrative roles preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to foster student engagement and critical thinking
