BCIT is offering a temporary part-time position for an instructor in Natural Resource Management for Fall 2026. You will conduct engaging lectures, assess student projects, and tailor course content to enhance learning outcomes. The successful candidate will support dynamic learning modes and ensure students grasp geospatial applications effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lectures and foster an engaging classroom
• Assess and provide feedback on student projects
• Tailor course content to personal expertise
• Support hands-on learning opportunities for students
• Adapt course materials based on team feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in geospatial or environmental science
• Strong knowledge of GIS, particularly ArcGIS Pro
• Proven skills in environmental data analysis
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing program needs
