The School of Construction and the Environment is looking for a Regular Faculty member for its Architectural Science program. In this capacity, you will teach primarily in the upper years while contributing to ongoing program development. The role encompasses developing curriculum that meets both educational and industry needs, while supporting student achievement through mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer instruction through lectures, studios, and seminars
• Develop and maintain curriculum aligned with industry practices
• Provide timely evaluations and constructive feedback to students
• Mentor students to support their academic and professional growth
• Collaborate with colleagues on program initiatives and improvements
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Architect registration in Canada or eligibility
• At least ten years of relevant architectural practice
• Experience in mentoring or post-secondary teaching
• Commitment to sustainable and responsible design
