This contract role reports to the Nursing Division Chair and focuses on teaching nursing skills through individual and group lab sessions. Your background in surgical nursing and instructional experience will be crucial for effective student learning and lab operation management. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nursing lab demonstrations and practical instruction
• Coordinate lab activities and order supplies
• Supervise and mentor nursing students in practice
• Keep accurate inventory of materials and equipment
• Ensure a safe and engaging lab environment
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Active membership in BCCNM
• 2-4 years of relevant nursing background
• Ability to use lab and audio-visual technology
• Strong organizational and communication skills
