Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for co-op programs
• Educate students through pre-employment courses
• Evaluate on-the-job learning and co-op outcomes
• Ensure work term quality through employer visits
• Advocate for students in workplace settings
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred
• Three years’ experience in cooperative education
• Experience in curriculum development and teaching
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of employment and labour policies
