As the Manager of the Back on Track Program, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing academic recovery for undergraduate students. Your expertise in student services and academic advising will guide students in regaining academic standing and achieving degree completion. Collaborating with various faculties and campus services will ensure that programs meet retention priorities and are well-coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement academic recovery programs
• Manage program quality through data-informed decisions
• Collaborate with faculties and advising teams
• Coach and develop staff for effective leadership
• Address diverse student needs with equity and inclusion in mind
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree with four years of management experience
• Experience in academic advising and student services
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of enrollment and retention practices
