Position: Instructor - Flexible Learning in Interior Design
Become an Instructor in BCIT’s Interior Design Flexible Learning Programs. This part-time role allows you to foster creativity and academic growth in aspiring designers each term.

BCIT is looking for part-time Instructors to teach Flexible Learning courses in Interior Design. You will provide academic assistance and lead discussions to facilitate a vibrant learning experience. Candidates should have extensive practical design experience and a commitment to educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct students and enhance their design skills

• Create and refine course outlines and materials

• Maintain engaging, interactive learning environments

• Organize course resources for effective delivery

• Keep accurate attendance and evaluation records

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree in Interior Design

• Five years of relevant professional experience

• NCIDQ Certificate or exam readiness

• Experience with design software (AutoCAD, Revit) beneficial

• Teaching experience or training is preferred
