The Academic and Student Affairs Advisor will provide academic guidance and administrative support to undergraduate students, helping them navigate their educational journey. Key responsibilities include advising on course selection, degree completion, and academic policy interpretation. You will also engage in initiatives aimed at student recruitment, retention, and academic support, working closely with diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct academic advising sessions with students
• Assist in evaluating graduation applications effectively
• Develop resources for student engagement and support
• Implement strategies for improving student retention
• Work collaboratively with faculty and staff across campuses
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum of three years in academic advisory roles
• Comprehensive understanding of university academic regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Local travel between campuses required
