Technical Instructional Developer

Position: Technical Instructional Developer LMI Technologies
LMI Technologies seeks a Technical Instructional Developer to elevate our training program and enhance machine vision expertise. Engage creatively to design impactful training content for various learning methods.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Training Program Manager, Training Coordinator, and Videographer. Your responsibilities will include developing training courses and program curricula based on instructional design principles. You will leverage your machine vision experience to create clear, concise training materials for both internal staff and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical training courses and curricula

• Conduct training needs analysis and design learning paths

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for program insights

• Recommend evolving training methods and best practices

• Analyze feedback and metrics for training effectiveness

Requirements:

• Experience in the Machine Vision industry

• Strong skills in instructional design and needs analysis

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Training & Development

• Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, and collaboration tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication
