Key Responsibilities   Align local labour requirements with international education standards
Conduct DACUM workshops with industry leaders
Shift from traditional education to CBT methods
Create modular curricula emphasizing practical skills

Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5+ years of leadership experience in vocational training
2 years of industry experience
