Position: Nurturing Early Childhood Educator Role

Kids & Company is in search of an Early Childhood Educator with a British Columbia ECE License to support children’s holistic development. You will implement an Emergent Curriculum, engage with children on multiple levels, and work with various professionals to foster emotional and physical growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and document the Emergent Curriculum for children

• Support emotional, physical, and cognitive development

• Maintain detailed records for attendance and health

• Collaborate with therapy professionals for tailored support

• Navigate transitions for children with empathy

Requirements:

• British Columbia ECE License is mandatory

• Clear criminal background check

• Valid Child Care First Aid and CPR certification

• Immunizations must be current

• Ability to handle lifting tasks up to 45 pounds
