Position: Senior Trainer for Budget Management
Take on a pivotal role as a Senior Trainer for a Budget Management Transformation Project in Burnaby. This 3-month contract allows you to blend creative design with active facilitation.

Our client is seeking a seasoned trainer to support organizational financial literacy initiatives. With at least 5 years of experience, you'll have the autonomy to facilitate training sessions and design modular materials for budget managers and operational leaders.

This role offers the chance to apply adult learning principles in a complex, real-world public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual and in-person training for budget managers

• Design training materials such as guides and slide decks

• Develop scenario-based exercises for financial systems

• Create instructional content independently as needed

• Produce e-learning modules aligned with learning architecture

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in instructional design and facilitation

• University degree in Education, Finance, or related field

• Expertise in Articulate 360 for e-learning development

• Experience in large-scale organizational change
