Steer the MARK programs at Douglas College as a Marketing Program Leader. Drive student recruitment, program planning, and academic integrity in a collaborative setting.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on enhancing program delivery and ensuring quality across the MARK curriculum. This position requires excellent communication and planning skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing student support, maintaining program standards, and building industry connections for students’ success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Dean’s Office on program schedules
• Coordinate career sessions and student inquiries
• Ensure marketing materials are accurate and effective
• Execute academic quality reviews systematically
• Maintain communication channels among faculty members
Requirements:
• Current faculty member in the relevant department
• Experience in managing educational programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with academic standards and quality checks
• Ability to foster connections with industry partners
