Early Learning Center Operations Leader

Location: New Westminster

Step into the role of Operations Leader at an early learning center. Guide educational programs and focus on the growth and safety of children aged 3–5.

Starting September 2026, this full-time position will require you to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and program development. You will ensure that the center meets all ECE licensing regulations and offers a nurturing environment intertwined with basic Christian teachings. Collaboration with staff and external consultants will play a vital role in creating a dynamic educational experience for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage center operations daily

• Develop educational programs tailored for young children

• Supervise and support ECE staff in their roles

• Ensure compliance with ECE licensing standards

• Foster partnerships with external service consultants

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Early Childhood Educator

• Leadership experience in early education

• Deep knowledge of child development practices

• Passion for promoting Christian values in education

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
