Position: Youth Ministry Leader for Grades 10-12
Willingdon Church seeks a visionary Senior High Pastor to lead the youth ministry for grades 10-12. This role focuses on inspiring students through gatherings and outreach initiatives.

The Senior High Pastor will oversee dynamic ministry activities, supporting students in their faith journey while fostering a sense of community and belonging. The position requires a leader who can effectively mentor adult volunteers and develop impactful outreach strategies aimed at high school students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large group ministry gatherings during the weekend

• Design and facilitate small group experiences on Tuesdays

• Equip students to confidently share their faith

• Cultivate a team of adult leaders for ministry initiatives

• Plan yearly mission trips to engage youth in service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies or related field

• Aligned with the theological values of Willingdon Church

• At least 5 years of relevant ministry experience

• Gifted in leadership and volunteer management

• Experience in strategic ministry planning
