Position: Special Education Teacher for Diverse Learners

You’ll work directly with students in small group, pull-out, and push-in sessions while providing crucial consultative support to your fellow teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver educational support tailored to individual student needs

• Advocate for inclusive practices within the school

• Collaborate with School-Based Teams effectively

• Conduct both small group and consultative support sessions

• Help teachers with curriculum modification and differentiation

Requirements:

• Valid BC Teaching Certificate

• Diploma or Master’s in Special Education required

• Level B Assessment qualification

• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience

• Familiarity with IEPs and assistive technologies
