Position: Young Adults Pastor at Willingdon Church
Lead the vibrant Young Adults ministry at Willingdon Church, cultivating spiritual growth and community. This role focuses on discipleship, pastoral care, and teaching for young adults aged 18–30.

Willingdon Church is seeking a passionate Pastor for Young Adults. This role involves mentoring, recruiting leaders, and building a network to represent the interests of young adults. Your mission will be to foster a nurturing environment that encourages faith, while integrating young adults into the broader church community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a welcoming community for young adults aged 18–30

• Provide biblical teaching and pastoral guidance

• Recruit and develop lay leaders in Young Adult Ministry

• Address the unique needs of college students and young professionals

• Offer pastoral care and counsel as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in theology or biblical studies

• Theological alignment with Willingdon Church

• Minimum 5 years of pastoral experience

• Experience in ministry program development

• Strong leadership and teaching abilities
