Position: Join LMI Technologies as Technical Developer
Join LMI Technologies as a Technical Instructional Developer to craft dynamic training experiences in machine vision.

Your role will focus on developing course content and improving existing training offerings.

As part of the team, you will work closely with the Training Program Manager to create impactful training materials for various platforms, such as instructor-led sessions and eLearning. You’ll actively engage with Subject Matter Experts to ensure that your content is relevant and effective. This position promotes a hybrid work arrangement, enhancing both collaboration and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical training programs

• Assess training needs and create learning paths

• Engage with SMEs to refine training content

• Implement innovative training approaches and methodologies

• Measure training effectiveness and support improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in Machine Vision is essential

• Proficient in instructional design and program evaluation

• Relevant post-secondary qualifications

• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Google Suite and Jira

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
