Position: Logistics Coordinator for DDM Project
Support BC Hydro's DDM project as a Logistics Coordinator in Burnaby, B.C. Assist with training logistics, project management, and implementation of new design tools effectively.

This role is integral to the successful execution of the Distribution Design Modernization project at BC Hydro. You will coordinate training delivery, manage participants, and optimize schedules, ensuring that all aspects of logistics align with project demands. Collaboration with the project team will be crucial to gather and confirm training needs and to develop impactful materials for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training scheduling and participant management

• Support design and development of training materials

• Assist in migrating capabilities from Passport to SAP

• Evaluate effectiveness of training delivery and materials

• Develop and hand over sustainment plans for training

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in project training design

• Strong Excel skills for reporting capabilities

• Proficiency in MS SharePoint is a plus

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
