Part-Time Inclusive Education Instructor

Join Learn. Develop. Succeed. as a Part-Time Inclusive Education Instructor in East Vancouver to support learners with diverse educational needs. Deliver individualized, strengths-based instruction that fosters engagement and success.

In this role, you will work one-on-one with school-aged children in a supportive and adaptive educational environment. Focus on creating enjoyable learning experiences while using evidence-based practices to assess and plan for each learner's needs. Collaborate with educators and leverage innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized instruction in-person and online

• Create an engaging and strengths-based learning environment

• Develop and implement individualized learning and lesson plans

• Assess learner strengths and challenges through various methods

• Generate written progress reports for families

Requirements:

• Experience with school-aged children facing learning challenges

• Familiarity with neuroaffirming education practices

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Self-motivated and adaptable in teaching approaches

• Eligibility to work in Canada and clear background check
