Position: JIBC Regional Training Coordinator Role
Location: New Westminster

Make a difference in paramedic training at JIBC in New Westminster as a Regional Training Coordinator. You'll lead quality instruction in the Primary Care Paramedic Program while supporting curriculum innovation.

As a full-time coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining educational standards and ensuring a seamless learning environment for paramedic students. Collaborating with diverse faculty and partners, your leadership will enrich training opportunities and enhance student experience in critical health education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of the Primary Care Paramedic curriculum

• Mentor and support instructional staff

• Develop and maintain strong internal and external partnerships

• Ensure program quality and integrity in all aspects

• Engage in occasional regional travel for training expansion

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a related field

• At least 3 years in an administrative educational setting

• Experience teaching First Responder and similar courses

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems

• Strong communication and analytical skills
