In your role with Yorkville's BBA Program, you will provide operational oversight and academic leadership across various subjects. Focused on enhancing curriculum integrity and support for faculty, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through analysis of performance data. The Associate Chair role is vital in maintaining industry connections and ensuring applied learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach a course load within designated areas

• Act as senior Course Lead across programs

• Lead curriculum updates and compliance activities

• Support faculty through mentoring and professional development

• Participate in academic and operational committees

Requirements:

• Master’s degree; relevant academic leadership experience

• Strong background in teaching and curriculum design

• Background in Project Management or related discipline
