Education Assistant for 2026-2027 School Year

Join Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch as a Full-Time Education Assistant for the  school year in North Battleford, focused on vulnerable youth. Support classroom instruction and foster a safe environment for students.

This position requires working full-time from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, assisting teachers while nurturing students facing social and emotional challenges. You will play an essential role in ensuring respect and positive behavior in the classroom while directly contributing towards each student’s learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote respect and safety in the classroom

• Assist in maintaining a positive learning atmosphere

• Exhibit patience and understanding towards students

• Carry out teacher-directed learning activities

• Participate in school functions and activities

Requirements:

• Legally entitled to work in Canada

• Ability to build strong, positive relationships

• Team player with relevant experience

• Clear Criminal Record with vulnerable sector approval

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and First Aid/CPR-C
