Take an active role in teaching as a Medical Radiography Assistant Instructor s part-time position focuses on practical instruction and student evaluations.

The School of Health Sciences at BCIT is looking for a temporary, part-time Assistant Instructor for our Medical Radiography Technology Program. You will work under course instructors to support student learning outcomes, provide feedback, and guide lab activities. This role is ideal for those with a passion for education and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate positioning labs, guiding student practice

• Offer feedback on student work during labs

• Set up labs and assist with course logistics

• Evaluate students in hands-on scenarios and critiques

• Support lead instructors with instructional duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Medical Radiography required

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field

• CAMRT registration is mandatory

• Evidence of teaching experience is valuable

• Strong skills in Microsoft and Web Ex applications
