This part-time role requires a passion for biology and a Bachelor's Degree in the field. You will use your technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure smooth lab operations, assist students in understanding lab techniques, and create a supportive learning atmosphere. Communication and organizational skills are essential for this position, where you will occasionally work at the Coquitlam campus as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students through laboratory procedures effectively

• Prepare engaging assignments that promote learning

• Ensure proper functioning of lab equipment and safety measures

• Communicate effectively with students and faculty

• Maintain a current knowledge of biology

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Biology

• Excellent public speaking skills

• Strong knowledge of lab equipment and safety protocols

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

• Experience working independently with minimal supervision
