Lead the International Admissions & Recruitment team at Douglas College, based in New Westminster. Shape the international student journey while overseeing admissions, recruitment, and immigration advising.

This pivotal role demands a seasoned Team Lead with expertise in international admissions and recruitment. You will provide training, guidance, and quality oversight to a dedicated team, ensuring they meet international enrolment goals. As a Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor (RISIA), you'll also offer vital immigration support and ensure regulatory compliance, enhancing students’ experiences throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of admissions and recruitment team

• Provide guidance and training for exceptional student service

• Offer immigration advising to prospective international students

• Develop training resources and procedures for operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with college and immigration regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Minimum five years in international student recruitment and admissions

• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience

• RISIA designation; RCIC designation preferred

• Combination of education and experience may be considered
