Stardust Solar Energy Inc. seeks a Lead Solar Trainer to deliver CSA and NABCEP-aligned programs. The full-time role combines curriculum development, classroom facilitation, lab instruction, and learner assessment. You will support workforce development through safe, professional training.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and teach solar PV and thermal theory sessions
Lead hands-on laboratory instruction and installation demonstrations
Develop and update CSA and NABCEP-aligned materials
Assess learners and provide constructive performance feedback
Mentor trainers and coordinate with franchise teams
Requirements:
Solar PV design, installation, and commissioning experience
Curriculum development and classroom facilitation skills
Electrical code, permitting, CSA, and NABCEP knowledge
Clear communication, presentation, and learner mentoring abilities
Availability for full-time onsite work in Burnaby, BC
