Key Responsibilities:- Plan and teach solar PV and thermal theory sessions
- Lead hands-on laboratory instruction and installation demonstrations
- Develop and update CSA and NABCEP-aligned materials
- Assess learners and provide constructive performance feedback
- Mentor trainers and coordinate with franchise teams
- Solar PV design, installation, and commissioning experience
- Curriculum development and classroom facilitation skills
- Electrical code, permitting, CSA, and NABCEP knowledge
- Clear communication, presentation, and learner mentoring abilities
- Availability for full-time onsite work in Burnaby, BC
