Cap's Bicycle Shop in New Westminster, BC, seeks a Service Technician to deliver exceptional rider experiences lize your technical skills to maintain high customer satisfaction.
As the Service Technician, you will directly engage riders and ensure that their needs are met through meticulous service and knowledgeable advice.
Your role will support Specialized’s commitment to quality and rider care while enhancing store profitability through expert product guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with riders and understand their service needs
• Provide exemplary technical support and problem-solving
• Manage all service requests while exceeding rider expectations
• Support bike sales and assist with service-related inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
• Passionate about cycling and the Specialized brand
• Experience in bike mechanics or shop work preferred
• Excellent communication abilities
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
• Must be available for weekend shifts
