To achieve this, we have developed The Globe® Pulsed Field System – a product with strong, unique, and customer-valued differentiators versus other solutions on the market. We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story. We have obtained FDA approval and officially begun the commercial launch of the Globe® Pulsed Field System.
This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life‑changing technology to patients! Please note, this opportunity is an onsite work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.
Meaningful work you will be a part of
- You will engage in activities that develop practical and transferable skills such as: design, construction, and commissioning of apparatus for manufacturing of the Globe hardware to increase manufacturing throughput and yield to meet the anticipated demand and cost targets.
- You will be exposed to the design process of a medical device from concept generation to design reviews, prototyping, verification of the design, and design transfer to production.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
- Have a strong background in engineering fundamentals
- Have excellent knowledge of CAD, particularly Solid Works
- Have experience with mechanical design and hands‑on mechanical ability
- Have experience with machine‑tool operation and CAM programming
- Be highly proactive and able to execute tasks with minimal instruction and guidance
- Be enthusiastic about finding innovative solutions to unforeseen challenges
- Have a history of success working in a team setting
- Have a strong grasp of mathematics and analysis tools
