We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineer-In-Training for our expanding geotechnical department. You will engage in field investigations, material testing, and support a variety of construction challenges. A learning mindset and commitment to teamwork are critical for success in this collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute geotechnical field work and monitor construction
• Perform testing to determine soil and material properties
• Analyze and report on foundation and road structure designs
• Develop professional relationships with clients and staff
• Review and ensure compliance of construction drawings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or related discipline
• Must be eligible for registration as Engineer-In-Training with EGBC
• Valid Canadian Driver’s License with good standing
• Ability to lift heavy loads and walk far distances
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
