Phasor Engineering Inc. is hiring a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to join their team. This role requires a strong technical foundation in structural design, familiarity with safety principles, and project management experience. You will lead design projects while mentoring junior engineers and interacting with clients to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design steel and concrete structures efficiently
• Oversee site preparation and earthworks
• Lead small to medium design projects independently
• Provide mentorship to less experienced engineers
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)
• Proficient in STAAD-Pro and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of Canadian codes and standards
