Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate mechanical estimates for projects

• Review blueprints and technical drawings

• Manage submissions through Procurement & Bid Portals

• Ensure compliance with BC Building Code and ASHRAE standards

• Support project teams with detailed reports and updates

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in construction or engineering

• Minimum 2+ years in mechanical estimating

• Familiarity with Blue Beam and Adobe Acrobat

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
